Welcome, to the BRYH Online Registration for the 2023-2024  hockey season!

Online Registration Only 2023-2024 Season *Birth Certificates will be required to be verified by the Registrar, if not verified before. No skater can participate in practice or games without birth certificate verification.   

Registration will open July 22nd, 2024 Player Fees before Discount. Tiger Cubs  Free-Pee Wees-Bantams-All Girls teams $200 $50 discount available July 22nd-August 31st. Use discount code BRF50OFF.

Step 1: Register with USA Hockey - As a WAHA (Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association) yearly requirement, all skaters must be members of USA Hockey. Online sign-up is required. You will be charged a fee per skater (fees vary). This requires a credit card payment and is non-refundable. You will be assigned a confirmation number that will be needed to complete the next step. 

● Go online to https://membership.usahockey.com/

● Click the “Register Online” button and follow the directions.

● PRINT OUT CONFIRMATION – the confirmation numbers are needed for the next step.

Step 2: Set up a Sports Engine Registration account (or sign-in)

● https://blackriveryouthhockey.com Sign - In the upper corner and follow the provided instructions to set up and activate an account.

● Once you have signed into your Sports Engine account you can complete the BRYH Registration process. On the BRYH Home page click on Registration, then click the Link for 2023-2024 Registration. Follow the instructions. You will need your USA Hockey confirmation number from Step 1 in order to complete this step. 

● Enter all of your skaters in the same session, on the review page you can add another skater. (If you are unsure of the skater’s level, please contact the registrar). 

● Print out your BRYH registration confirmation receipt from Sports Engine. 

Step 3:

● You will be required to review Concussion Education found online at www.wahahockey.com under Resources - Concussion & Safety.  

● Review BRYH Family Handbook and By-Laws found on BRYH website.

• PAY ONLINE IN FULL:  Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.
• PAYMENT PLAN ONLINE: Submit a portion of the fees online today upon conclusion of this registration via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account. The remaining payments will be debited from the same account in  September, October and November- November, being the final payment in full.
