Hello Teams, as you are registering for a tournament the BRYH Association would like to remind you that we are a Zero tolerance association. Please keep in mind the time, hard work, energy and commitment these athletes, coaches and officials have devoted in preparing for this tournament.
As you support and encourage your team, we ask that you help promote the standards of good sportsmanship and respect for: on and off ice officials, the fans and athletes of all participating teams and help provide a first class atmosphere for all.
Our tournaments are a large portion of our associations' funding. We would like to make your attendance enjoyable but know that rules and policies need to be set. Below are our policies.
Policies/Rules
1. Teams will be considered for the tournament based on a first registered basis. All of the following needs be submitted to be registered:
- Submit a completed SportEngine Registration
- Entry fee paid in full
- Submit a team roster. If this is unavailable at the time of registration, it can be submitted closer to the tournament dates.
Confirmation of entry will be provided upon receipt. An email from myself will be sent after registration.
There will no longer be a mail-in registration option.
2. Once Registration is confirmed, there will be no refunds unless a paid replacement team is found*. If a replacement team is found, a $100 service fee will be deducted from the refunded entry fee. Other entries will be placed on a standby list. SportsEngine processing fee will not be refunded.
